These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.grinbergmethod.com and the purchase of digital products and courses offered by WISDOMISSION - UNIPESSOAL LDA. ("we", "us", "our").

By purchasing or accessing our courses, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Products and Access

2.1 One-Off Purchases (Lifetime Access)

When you purchase a course with a one-off payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access that course for as long as it remains available on our platform.

"Lifetime access" means the lifetime of the product on our platform, not your personal lifetime. We reserve the right to retire, update, or modify content at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

2.2 Subscription Plans

When you purchase a subscription, you receive access to the included content for the duration of your active subscription. Access ends at the conclusion of the current billing period upon cancellation or non-renewal.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You will be notified of this at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting info@grinbergmethod.com.

2.3 Account Sharing

Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or granting others access to your account is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices are displayed on the checkout page. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the legal rate in force, unless otherwise stated. Where applicable, VAT (IVA) is charged in accordance with EU regulations based on your country of residence. The applicable VAT amount will be shown before you complete your purchase.

For customers outside the EU, local tax obligations may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Purchase Process

To complete a purchase:

1. Select the course or subscription plan
2. Create or log into your account
3. Enter your payment details
4. Review the order summary, including price and VAT
5. Confirm your purchase

A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful payment. This constitutes our acceptance of your order.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of WISDOMISSION - UNIPESSOAL LDA. or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for personal use only.

You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content
- Share your account or course access with others
- Use content for commercial purposes without our written consent
- Download videos or materials unless explicitly permitted

Unauthorised sharing or reproduction may result in suspension or termination of access without refund, and may give rise to civil or criminal liability. We may monitor account usage patterns for fraud and abuse prevention purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or earnings
- Results or outcomes from applying course content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

8. Consumer Rights

These Terms do not affect mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you, those laws prevail to the extent of the conflict.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Funchal, Madeira, Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where required by mandatory law.

11. Marketing Communications

We only send marketing emails — such as offers, promotions, and course updates — to customers who have explicitly opted in by ticking the optional marketing consent checkbox at checkout.

- Opting in is entirely voluntary and is not required to complete a purchase
- You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by contacting info@grinbergmethod.com
- Transactional emails (purchase receipts, access details, account notifications) are sent regardless of marketing preferences, as they are necessary to fulfil your purchase

12. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform or course content. Temporary suspension for maintenance, security, or technical reasons does not constitute a breach of contract. We are not responsible for platform unavailability caused by third-party providers (including Kajabi), internet disruptions, or technical failures outside our reasonable control.

13. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemic, governmental action, internet or telecommunications failure, power outages, third-party platform failures, or any other event outside our reasonable control.

14. Age Requirements

Our courses are intended for adults aged 18 or older. By purchasing or accessing our courses, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Minors may only access our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on the minor's behalf.

15. Health Disclaimer

The Grinberg Method courses offered on this website are educational in nature. They are not medical advice, psychological therapy, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. Course content is not a substitute for professional healthcare, mental health, or medical services. If you have any health concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating in body-based educational programmes.

16. Consumers and Business Customers

Certain consumer protection rights described in these Terms — including the right of withdrawal and mandatory governing law provisions — apply only to individuals acting as consumers, that is, acting outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. If you are purchasing in a professional capacity or on behalf of a business, those consumer-specific protections do not apply to you.

17. Sanctions and Export Restrictions

Our services may not be available in jurisdictions subject to applicable international sanctions or export restrictions. By accessing our platform, you confirm that you are not located in, and are not acting on behalf of any person or entity in, a jurisdiction subject to applicable sanctions.
