What Is sMove?
sMove! was created by Avi Grinberg as part of the Grinberg Method® Stopping Movement Training. It’s a physical practice designed to awaken your body awareness in motion.
Through guided movement, you alternate between effort and ease, activity and stillness, learning to stay present and connected while moving.
Instead of repeating routines, you explore new possibilities in every move & every session. Each class is an experience of curiosity, precision, and playfulness, a reminder that your body knows the way.
