Refund Policy

WISDOMISSION - UNIPESSOAL LDA. ("we", "us") is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your refund rights for courses purchased at www.grinbergmethod.com.

1. One-Off Purchases (Lifetime Access)

All one-off course purchases are final and non-refundable.
 

2. Subscription Plans

Subscription payments are non-refundable, including the initial payment and all renewals.
 

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing info@grinbergmethod.com. Upon cancellation, you retain access to course content until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

3. EU Withdrawal Right

Customers in the European Union normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital content purchases under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Under that Directive, this right expires once performance begins, provided the consumer gave prior express consent and acknowledged that they lose the right.

At checkout, you will be asked to tick a box confirming that you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and that you acknowledge you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once performance begins.

Additionally, by accessing or downloading the digital content after purchase, you confirm your consent to the commencement of performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is extinguished at that point.

All sales are final once you have ticked this box and payment has been processed.
 
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable mandatory law.
