Become a Practitioner
Step into a career where the body is the teacher
Becoming a Grinberg Method Practitioner is more than a professional training. It is a journey of personal transformation that prepares you to guide others in theirs.
Through three years of intensive study, practice, and self-exploration, you’ll learn how to recognize and interrupt patterns that limit vitality, freedom, and choice, first in yourself, and then in those you teach.
Graduates emerge with the ability to lead clients through powerful processes of change, and with a new way of perceiving themselves and others.
The Structure of the Training
Â
During the three-year program, you will study a professional approach to teaching and learning through the body. The training combines theory, hands-on practice, and physical training, covering techniques of touch, analysis, ethics, and strategy.
Each year includes four intensive study weeks, supported by personal training, client practice, and mandatory supervisions between modules. Students are also expected to engage in their own one-on-one process, adding depth to both their professional skills and personal growth.
Over 330 hours of coursework per year deepen your ability to recognize patterns, design individualized processes, and accompany clients with precision, presence, and care.
At the end of your studies, you may present for certification as a Grinberg Method Practitioner, receive an international diploma, and become eligible to join the International Association of Grinberg Method Practitioners (IAGMP).
Certified practitioners are recognized worldwide, free to establish their own independent practice, offer one-on-one processes, and continue developing through advanced studies and community exchange.

Who Thrives in This Profession
Becoming a Grinberg Method Practitioner is not only about what you will learn, it is also about who you are willing to become.
This profession is for people with a genuine curiosity about human behavior and a wish to work closely with others in a way that can truly affect their lives. It requires:
• An interest in people and a respect for their ability to learn.
• The wish to accompany clients through personal processes of growth and development.
• The motivation to communicate, listen, and teach rather than dictate how to live.
• A flexible mind, courage, and a healthy body, to meet the variety of clients and situations you will encounter.
• A willingness to touch and address not only vitality but also pain, fear, and history.
• The aspiration to go beyond your limits, using smart, strong, focused, and determined attention to grow as a practitioner.
Admission to the three-year training program is subject to a personal interview with a licensed teacher.
Life as a Practitioner
Â
Certified practitioners are qualified to lead individual processes with clients in their own practice. Some open independent studios and others work from shared spaces.
Practitioners develop their own practice, clientele, and rhythm. The work can be carried out in-person or online, offering flexibility and independence. At the same time, certified practitioners belong to a growing international network of colleagues and schools, with opportunities for further training, advanced courses, and community exchange.

What Our Graduates Say
Gözde Utan
“As a medical doctor with a long academic history, I had explored many alternative techniques, but discovering the Grinberg Method felt like finding the missing piece of the puzzle. It’s now a core part of my clinic, consistently impressing me with its simple, effective way of working on the physical, mental, and emotional levels, helping patients not only heal from disease, but also profoundly transform their lives.”
Neta Manor
“My journey with the Grinberg Method began as a client, step by step, restoring my confidence, body, and spirit. Becoming a practitioner gave me the ability to travel and work worldwide, touching people from many cultures. My life is rich with experiences and possibilities; I’m independent, free, and have tools to fulfill myself anywhere.”
Inge Scheid
“I began studying the Grinberg Method at 36, a single parent searching for more than grey, tiring days. From the first workshop, I knew: this is how I want to work with people. Training was a challenge, yet it brought freedom, purpose, and balance with my family. I’ve worked joyfully as a practitioner for over 30 years, a true gift.”
Gian-Luca Granato
“At 29, professional training in the Grinberg Method transformed my life and revealed a career I truly love. Meeting new clients, listening to their stories, and crafting unique strategies brings passion and purpose to my work. Each session feels like magic, helping people grow stronger, freer, and more alive, while teaching me empathy and the wisdom of the body.”
Lilliebrook Perry
“I came to the Grinberg Method with constant back pain and a sense I could never truly relax. After a few sessions, I felt ease, clarity, and strength. What inspired me to make the leap and choose this as a profession was how the method restores energy and invites responsibility, giving me excitement for life and a way to help others.”
Daniela Martell
“When I first came to the Grinberg Method, I thought I was going for a massage, but I couldn’t have wished for anything better. I uncovered deep suffering, released old traumas, and stopped wasting energy on what wasn’t mine.
