Manage your groups & students
Keeping these details up to date matters for two reasons:
a) it lets us verify that anyone who buys the videos is genuinely a student, and
b) it helps us confirm that all students have access to the videos they need.
How it works
Once you enter a student's details, they'll automatically receive the link to the first-year videos. When you advance the group to the second year, they'll receive the second-year link, etc.
During advancement, you have an option to deselect any students who don't wish to continue to the next year.
Teacher-Student disclosure clause
Before adding any student to the database, they must sign a data-transfer clause — this is a legal requirement. We've prepared a document outlining exactly what the clause needs to include.
