Teacher Portal

Set up your student groups

Welcome. In three short steps you'll add the data-sharing wording to your student agreement, confirm you're ready, and get your personal access to the teacher portal.

Why this matters

Keeping your students' details in one place does two things:

Lets us verify that anyone who buys the course videos is genuinely your student.
Helps us confirm every student has access to the videos they need.

Nothing more — the data is used only to check purchases, never for marketing.

How it works

You add your students

→ each one is automatically emailed their first-year video link.

You advance the group

→ students are sent the next year's links; anyone not continuing can be removed.

Purchases are checked

→ only registered students can buy. Unregistered buyers are flagged automatically.

Step 1

Teacher-Student disclosure clause

Before you add anyone to the database, your students must agree to a short data-sharing clause. We've prepared the exact wording — one version for inside the EU/EEA and one for outside. Copy the version that applies to you into your intake form, and keep each student's agreement on file.

Step 2

Database access

Please read Legitimate Interests Assessment before continuing.

Step 3

What happens next

Watch for an email titled "Your teacher portal access." Click the button in it once — that registers you and logs you straight in. From there you can create your first group and add students. Questions? Use the 💡 button inside the portal, or reply to that email.
