Terms and Conditions:

Grinberg Method/WISDOMISSION - UNIPESSOAL LDA. is the owner of the rights for all the material included in the training.  
The training will be filmed and the filmed material may be used in any manner. I affirm that I do not have any claim regarding the use of the material, including any and all moral rights, for fees, royalties and any other payments whatsoever in relation to any of the material or its exploitation.  
 

The training is not a substitute for medical and/or psychiatric diagnosis and treatment, and it is my responsibility to continue any treatment by medication, or otherwise, unless instructed differently by my physician. The training is intended for basically healthy people and aimed at creating a high level of awareness and attention which are self-oriented.  
Any physical contact that may take place is part of the process of learning and perceiving through the body and cannot be considered a substitute for medical treatment or therapy.  
I confirm that I have not been instructed by a physician to restrict my physical effort in any manner.  
 

For women: I confirm that I am not pregnant, and am aware that I should inform you in case otherwise.  
 

My participation in the training is subject to the accuracy of this statement and that I should inform you of any change in my physical or mental state in case I wish to participate in the training.  
 

I undertake to maintain the privacy of all other participants in the training, not to disclose their personal experiences and anything personal they might express during the training, and to refrain from using in any manner the participants’ personal details (including name and email).  
 

I affirm that the Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect during and after my participation in the training.  
Notwithstanding any reimbursement as above specified, I wholly waive any right and/or claim in relation to the abovementioned and shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever which is not explicitly included in this registration form.

Cancellation terms: 

Cancellation fees for any activity of the advanced training (the “training”) are the following: 
Deepening Three Years of Study
- Cancellation three months or less prior to the activity’s starting date: 226 €
- Cancellation two months or less prior to the activity’s starting date: 339 €
- Cancellation one month or less and/or not showing up and/or cancelling during the activity: full price (820 €)
Any remainder tuition you already paid, up to the relevant respective price shall be reimbursed.
If you cannot join the residential course(s), you will be granted a one-year access to the online videos of the advanced training(s) you were unable to attend.
