Learn practical tools to work with anxiety through the body
 📍Boulder, Colorado: June 6 & 7Â
 📍Northampton, Massachusetts: June 20 & 21
You’re not broken.
You’ve simply been taught to work with anxiety only from the mind.
For too long, we’ve treated anxiety as if it lived only in the mind.
Trying to control thoughts.
Trying to calm the mind.
But anxiety is not only mental.
It is also physical.
And when you learn to work with the body and understand the energy of fear, the anxiety loop can begin to break.
Take the First Step Beyond AnxietyWhy working through the body matters:
Most approaches to anxiety focus on thoughts.
But anxiety doesn’t start in the mind, it shows up as breathing patterns, muscle tension, and automatic physical reactions.
And they limit how we respond in life.
The Grinberg Method teaches people how to:
- Notice these patterns.
- Interrupt them.
- Regain the ability to choose how they respond.
Instead of trying to get rid of fear, you learn how to use it through the body, as a source of clarity, energy, and action.

Host & Organizer:
Lilliebrook Perry
Lilliebrook is a teacher & practitioner of the Grinberg Method and the organizer of Beyond Anxiety Workshops.
After experiencing the profound impact this approach can have, she is now stewarding its expansion to the United States, as she opens the first-ever Grinberg Method professional training program in the U.S. For this reason, Lilliebrook has invited Avi Grinberg and Ruth Elkana to join this special event as guest instructors, marking a rare opportunity to experience their teaching in the U.S.
For the past five years, Lillie has guided clients in regaining a sense of stability, clarity, and personal power through body-based processes. Her work focuses on helping people develop attention, interrupt limiting patterns, and build the discipline needed to create real change.
Drawn to working with people from a young age, she found in this methodology a way to combine deep personal development with practical, tangible change.

About the Grinberg Method
Â
The Grinberg Method is a structured way of learning through the body. It is based on the understanding that suffering, limitation, and self-defeating habits are held physically: in posture, tension, and automatic reactions, and that the body itself can reveal what needs to change.
Using tools such as touch, breath work, movement, verbal instructions, foot assessment, and body attention, the method helps uncover the patterns that hold people back and teaches how to stop them.
Rather than analyzing or treating symptoms, the Grinberg Method invites us to experience ourselves as physical beings and to engage the body’s intelligence. In doing so, it opens the possibility for greater vitality, clarity, and freedom.
