Break the anxiety loop by coming back to your body
A two-day experiential workshop with Avi Grinberg & Ruth Grinberg.
Learn how anxiety is generated in the body and how to interrupt the reactions that sustain it. You will gain practical tools to step out of the anxiety loop and respond to life with greater clarity and presence.
If anxiety keeps returning, the body may hold the missing piece.
 📍Boulder, Colorado: June 6 & 7Â
 📍Northampton, Massachusetts: June 20 & 21
You’re not broken.
You’ve simply been taught to work with anxiety only from the mind.
For too long, we’ve treated anxiety as if it lived only in the mind.
Trying to control thoughts.
Trying to calm the mind.
But anxiety is not only mental.
It is also physical.
And when you learn to work with the body, the anxiety loop can begin to break.
Take the First Step Beyond AnxietyWhy working through the body matters:
Most approaches to anxiety focus on thoughts.
But fear and anxiety are physical reactions.
When these reactions become automatic, they limit how we respond to situations.
The Grinberg Method teaches people how to:
• Notice these patterns.
• Interrupt them.
• Regain the ability to choose how they respond
This approach focuses on learning through the body, not on belief systems or long explanations.

• Feel stuck in repetitive worry or overthinking
• Want to learn how to respond to fear in a different way

About the Grinberg Method
Â
The Grinberg Method is a structured way of learning through the body. It is based on the understanding that suffering, limitation, and self-defeating habits are held physically: in posture, tension, and automatic reactions, and that the body itself can reveal what needs to change.
Using tools such as touch, breath work, movement, verbal instructions, foot assessment, and body attention, the method helps uncover the patterns that hold people back and teaches how to stop them.
Rather than analyzing or treating symptoms, the Grinberg Method invites us to experience ourselves as physical beings and to engage the body’s intelligence. In doing so, it opens the possibility for greater vitality, clarity, and freedom.
