The 6 Workshop Series
This series encompasses subjects that present obstacles most people face in daily life. Each workshop focuses on a specific subject in order to affect one’s way of being when relating to it.
Through theory and practical exercises the workshops teach an approach or a way of dealing with each subject. You can then apply the tools you acquire in real life situations.
The learning includes possibilities of training on your own—regularly or as often as you wish—to achieve practical results, such as changing recurring physical conditions, breaking habits, stopping unwanted moods or taking a further step toward realizing a goal.
The workshops are structured as individual 2-day units. Each one builds upon the previous ones and deepens your personal involvement in the learning experience.
Workshop 1 - A First Step Into Body Knowledge
Attention & precision

achieve body awareness
This workshop is a first step to learning through the body. It teaches you to develop attention to your body in order to lessen your alienation from it. This—together with the workshop’s exercises—heightens your ability to alleviate your physical pains or discomforts and to change recurring conditions, thereby improving your overall quality of life.
Workshop 2 - From Victim to Adventurer
In this workshop, the emphasis is on the possibility of changing how you perceive certain situations and yourself within them. Physical exercises will enable the learning required to stop relating to these situations as limiting and as being imposed upon you. You will then have the option to choose who you become and to act accordingly.
Workshop 3 - Silence
Movement and sound as a way to silence
Silence can happen on many levels and reach different depths. It involves both the body and mind. You will discover how to achieve it and deepen your experience of it, finding out how silence affects your level of energy, clarity and vitality.
Workshop 4 - Allowing It to Happen
This workshop is about feelings. We try hard to feel and not feel certain emotions out of judging them as good or bad, analyzing and explaining them. The purpose of the workshop is to allow you to have all sorts of emotions as a physical experience, so that they can be a source of revitalizing, nourishing energy.
Workshop 5 - Using Personal History
Our life story often becomes the filter through which we define our dreams, goals and possibilities. This workshop will relate to the way you see yourself, your conclusions and beliefs and the qualities that you lost in the past, to address the way in which all of them could limit your future. The aim is for you to be able to use your history through your body as a source of strength and new possibilities.
Workshop 6 - On Will & Self-Training
This workshop emphasizes that your will is the bridge between your intentions and their fulfilment in reality. It teaches you to will through the whole body. By bringing together all the concepts of the previous workshops, it creates a discipline of attention and of stopping contradictory aspects of your will.
The workshop introduces the possibility of personal training on a regular basis. It also suggests how to put together the tools and attitudes you acquired in order to deal with a crisis in life.

Teachers and trainers may offer additional workshops that focus on a specific theme other than those covered by the 6 workshop series.
