Homework & Practicing with clients

  • one hour a day divided between writing, movement exercises, concentration and attention exercises
  • preparing a training program focused on tension and stress for 3 months
  • practicing with clients for a minimum of 5 hours, ideally above 10 hours
  • having long term clients that can be taught to work standing while continuously receiving new clients and teaching them the basics
  • reaching the stage where description of personas and learning to control them is achieved by the client.
