Group Process
A group process offers participants the chance to immerse themselves in a subject that
concerns them personally and to uncover its many layers and effects on their life. The
experience is personal and focused. It allows for in-depth learning from different
directions, using the many possibilities that are available in a group environment.
The common interest within the group adds to the intensity of the experience and enhances
the individual’s perception of the subject. Working in smaller groups within the group
creates scenarios that more accurately reflect life. Since much of the exploring is based on
learning through the body, being able to observe others’ experience widens the
possibilities for each participant.
Some of the group subjects are:
- When headaches put your life on hold
- Saying “No” to people you love
- Being at ease with people
- “I always get angry...,” “I
never get angry...”
- Learn to deal with chronic low back pain
- The mystery of feminine power
- Breaking free from what is expected of you as
a man
- Sing as a real expression of
who you are – a group for professional singers
- From self-image to self-confidence
Being Effective under Stress -
Stress expressed as a fixed posture
The groups are led by licensed teachers and trainers. All groups meet regularly and
combine discussions, lectures, demonstrations, exercises (including descriptions done
through writing) and at-home training possibilities. The number of meetings, their structure
and duration vary for each group.
