Footwork Course

This is a new approach to the age-old art of touching feet for health and well-being. In this 4-day course you will learn to reach relaxation, silence and an improved level of vitality through techniques practiced on the feet.

A Footwork technique -
interlacing fingers with toes

You can use these fun and simple tools to work and train with family and friends, while achieving immediate and tangible results. Possible results are reduced pain and discomfort, better sleep and digestion, greater breath capacity, higher levels of energy.
